Bespoke
We start our work by discussing your challenges and aims and undertaking an in-depth needs analysis with you. Then we develop a tailored programme to suit your business needs – be that a series of leadership sessions, team workshops, a talk or an alternative format. We offer a 90-day follow-up service after training as standard, with the option of a retained service if required. Evidence-based Ascend Performance Coaching recommends the use of profiling tools in conjunction with coaching to provide new insight and help people to better understand their EQ, behaviours, motivators and competencies; enabling them to move forward. This helps people to understand how to communicate more effectively as a team or business, identify the roles that individuals play in the dynamics of a team and assess fit and suitability of candidates when recruiting. |
Profiling tools - The Superior Performance Model
Profiling tools are very powerful for making the invisible visible. Often in life we know we have a problem or a mental block, but we don’t know what it is, or we struggle to be honest with ourselves about what is really wrong. The profiling suite we use allow individuals to get an in-depth knowledge of themselves through answering simple but thought-provoking questions. These reports then mean that all training and coaching can be specifically focused at the areas that need developing.
Several of the tools can be put together to produce team reports.
Investment in profiling, training and coaching at each level will increase performance and the more elements you add the greater the increase will be.

The 'WHY' - Motivators ProfileWe are all motivated by very different things, getting a clear view of what really motivates an individual is vital for setting goals and targets that emotionally engage them and drive them to achieve.
There is no point setting a financial target or goal if the individual is not motivated by money. If the individual has an altruistic motivation the goal or target needs to focus on how may people they need to help in order to achieve the financial target. In this profile we consider motivation in the 7 areas and how powerful they are in motivating the individual concerned. SAMPLE REPORT COMBINED WITH DISC |

What impact does Emotional Intelligence have on the 4 DISC Behaviours Profile? |
The 'HOW' - DISC Behaviours ProfileIn this profile your natural and adapted behaviours are profiled. In coaching we are looking at why individuals may radically change their natural behaviour in a work setting. If there is a large discrepancy it can lead to stressful internal conflict and anxiety and the reasons need to be investigated,
This profile also gives a great insight in to the full spectrum of human behaviours and how they interact together, it also highlights potential flash points. You may have used DISC profiling before but we often find that people are left with the belief that they can't change and use the profile categories to justify behaviours even if they are negative and not productive. At Ascend we dig deeper looking for how to develop Emotional Intelligent behaviours. By layering the Emotional Intelligence profile with the Motivators and Behaviours profile we can start to work with our clients to modify their behaviours and leverage their true motivators.
