Teens & Schools
Through the voluntary, nationwide, Career Ready programme, I have spent two years mentoring year 12 and 13 students and delivering Emotional Intelligence masterclasses at Cirencester College. I am now expanding this into a full service offering. This includes the 1:1 Teenage Anxiety programme and a Career Guidance service using the very latest in talent diagnostic tools - Harrison Assessments. Lastly, after talking to several teachers about the first two new offerings I have added a Schools Programme too!

Why do I work with assessments?
Assessments are a very powerful tools for making the invisible, visible. Many teens (and adults) struggle to give an accurate assessment of themselves and to articulate their strengths and weaknesses. Then there are the things about ourselves that we are just unaware of. The assessments I use allow individuals to get in-depth knowledge of themselves through answering simple but thought-provoking questions.
While these reports may look like they are focused at adults in work they are just as effective when helping and working with 12 years old in school.!
Align Assessments
This is the Emotional Intelligence Report that we use, it gives us a great insight into the 4 key areas of Emotional Intelligence and then breaks each area down in to 5 subsections that we can then use to better understand ourselves and work on improving them to increase Emotional Intelligence.
Harrison Assessments
Harrison's industry leading Smart Questionnaire measures 175 workplace factors and enables the effective measurement of emotional intelligence, personality, motivation, attitudes, passion for specific jobs, and much more - all in one high-tech 25-minute questionnaire.
The Paradox Report used in 1:1 coaching looks at 12 pairs of behaviours/traits what appear to be in conflict with each other but when balanced and used together allow us to perform at a higher level in each of the 12 areas. This report also looks at what happens when these pairs are unbalanced and we are stressed.
For careers guidance we can compare someone’s traits and preferences against 750 different career options to see how well suited they are to the job and most importantly will they actually enjoy it!
